Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout. Shipping times may vary during christmas season or other seasonal events like Black Friday. Our standard shipping times to the EU are 8-12 Buisnessdays (excluding Saturday/Sunday). To Non EU countries the estimate is between 8-14 Buisness days. This timeframe is a likelyhood in which 95% of deliveries will fall under, not a guarantee.

 

Express Shipping

We offer Express shipping for our EU customers. We use Hermes or GLS as a merchant and send it via Germany. Upcharge may vary depending on shipping location (Germany/EU). Express is only available for customers inside the EU. Shipping times usually take 2-4 buisness days to arrive, depending on season,country and time of order. This again is a usual timeframe and not a guarantee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the weight and size of the products ordered, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Domestic inside China (within the warehouse’s country): approx. 2–7 business days

  • International: approx. 12–16 business days, depending on region and carrier

These delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather events, strikes, peak seasons) do not constitute grounds for withdrawal or compensation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method). Not all shipping options include tracking.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us and the carrier in writing within 72 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence of the damage.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier.

Separate Shipments

For logistical reasons, items in your order may be shipped separately. This does not result in additional costs for the customer.
