Section 19 - Defects and Returns
Defective Merchandise and Verification Process In the event that a customer claims a product is defective or not as described, the customer is required to cooperate with our support team to verify the claim. This includes, but is not limited to, providing photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect.
Mandatory Return Requirement for Refunds We adhere to a "Return-to-Base" policy. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for claims of defective merchandise unless the physical product is returned to our facility for inspection, or clear digital evidence is provided and accepted by our quality control team. The customer acknowledges that retaining the merchandise while simultaneously demanding a refund via a payment dispute (chargeback) constitutes a breach of this agreement and may be reported as fraudulent activity.

For EU customers, the importer of record is the operator listed above.
By ordering from this website, the customer enters into a purchase agreement with the operator.
Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in Asia.
Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days (EU) and 8–14 business days (US/UK).
Delays may occur, but customers retain full refund rights in case of non-delivery or excessive delay.
All products are compliant with applicable EU safety standards.
Liability for damages is limited to the value of the product, except in cases of intentional misconduct.
